What is Budclerk?

Budclerk is a Canadian online Cannabis Dispensary.

Is it safe to shop with Budclerk?

Yes, you can shop with us safely. All your data is encrypted. We do not share our customer data with government or agencies. So you can shop anonymously and worry free!

Who can shop at Budclerk?

Anyone residing in Canada and over the age of 19 can shop with us. By visiting our site and completing an order you confirming that you are over the age of 19.

How much is the shipping fee?

We currently provide two types of shipping.

  • Flat Rate – $25 Express Shipping
  • Free shipping on orders above $99.
Where do you ship?

Our shipping zone is all of Canada and it’s provinces.

How is my package shipped?

Your products are carefully packaged and shipped via Canada Post.

How long does shipping take?

Express shipping usually takes 2-3 business days.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes, once shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking # and other relevant info.

My shipment has not arrived yet?

Some times Canada Post does have delays and shipment might take longer than the expected time, you can track the progress at Canada Post’s website. If tracking says delivered and you have not received your shipment, please contact our support for next steps.

What if I need to modify my order?

If you have made a mistake on your order, please contact our support to cancel the previous order and make a new order.

What payment methods are accepted at BudClerk?

All orders must be paid via Interac E-transfer. Once you have completed your order you will see the Interac details on order confirmation page.

Why is my order still processing?

Your order will stay in the processing stage till we have accepted your payment. Once we receive the payment, we will move the order to completed and you will receive an email with tracking no.

Can I return my order?

You can cancel your order till it has been shipped. Once order has been shipped out of our facility it is final sale and items can not be returned.

I received the wrong products

If our team has sent you wrong product by mistake, please reach out to our support and we will take care of it for you.

My vape is defective

Do not worry if you have received a vape that is defective. Send us an email at support@budclerk.com and we will send you a new unit.
